Refund Policy
The toolkit is a digital product delivered instantly after your payment is verified, so all sales are final.

Because the files can be downloaded and kept immediately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once access has been sent.
If something goes wrong
If a file will not open, a download link fails, or you did not receive your access email, message us with your GCash reference number and we will fix it or resend your access.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you paid twice for the same order, or paid an incorrect amount, email us with both reference numbers and we will refund the extra amount to your GCash account.
